यः मनसि तिष्ठन् मनसः अन्तरो यं मनः न वेद यस्य मनः शरीरं यः मनः अन्तरो यमयति एषः ते आत्मा अन्तर्यामी अमृतः

Transliteration (IAST)

yaḥ manasi tiṣṭhan manasaḥ antaro yaṃ manaḥ na veda yasya manaḥ śarīraṃ yaḥ manaḥ antaro yamayati eṣaḥ te ātmā antaryāmī amṛtaḥ

Translation

He who, dwelling in the mind, is within it, whom the mind does not know, whose body is the mind, who rules it from within — he is your ātman, the Inner Ruler, the immortal.
