“Standing, walking, sleeping, waking, dwelling, flying up, falling — having resolved to the very end that this is unreal, relinquish all abiding.”

Seven participles in a row, and all of the most ordinary postures of the body.
That is the list's point: the work is done at no special hour and in no special posture.
Note the pair utpatan patan — “flying up, falling”. It was already in 5.142, of the beings in the mid-air.
Here it is of the human lot: you soar and you tumble.
Antaṃ niścitya — “having resolved to the end”. The word anta means “limit”. The resolve must be carried to the edge, without reservations.
And the last: āstāṃ parityaja — “relinquish the abiding”.
A difficult turn. Most likely it means to leave the very striving to settle oneself anywhere: not to seek oneself a place.
