He is also "the Leader of goods" (vāmanī), for he leads all goods. He too leads all goods who knows this.

The second name is vāmanī, "the Leader of goods": he is not only the container of what is desirable but its charioteer — he distributes, directs, brings goods where he appoints. The first name spoke of him as a sea, the second as a king apportioning treasure: no good in the world merely "is"; it is led by someone.
A Gauḍīya Vaiṣṇava ear cannot but start at the sound: vāmana is the name of the dwarf Lord who covered the universe in two strides and set the third on the head of the surrendered Bali. "The Leader of goods" is himself the highest good, coming of his own accord to his devotee. One who knows this becomes himself a conductor of goods — through the Master's servant flows into the world what the Master gives away.
