He is also "the Shining one" (bhāmanī), for he shines in all the worlds. He too shines in all the worlds who knows this.

The third name is bhāmanī, "the Shining one": he who looks out of the eye shines in all the worlds. The small aperture of the pupil and the whole breadth of the universe are lit by one Light; the eye sees because within it is He by whom the sun, the moon and the lightning shine, of which the fires spoke. The chapter's circle closes: the luminaries without and the light of the eye within are one Face.
The three names together are a whole theology in three words: to him all good converges (saṁyadvāma), he leads all good (vāmanī), he shines in all the worlds (bhāmanī). Container, Giver and Light — and one who knows him inherits every one of the names: goods flow to him, goods flow through him, and he himself shines in all the worlds — with that light which has twice already betrayed this chapter's pupils to their teachers.
