अथ खलु एतया ऋचा पच्छः आचामति तत् सवितुः वृणीमहे इति आचामति वयम् देवस्य भोजनम् इति आचामति श्रेष्ठम् सर्वधातमम् इति आचामति तुरम् भगस्य धीमहि इति सर्वम् पिबति निर्णिज्य कंसम् चमसम् वा पश्चात् अग्नेः संविशति चर्मणि वा स्थण्डिले वा वाचंयमः अप्रसाहः सः यदि स्त्रियम् पश्येत् समृद्धम् कर्म इति विद्यात्

Traducción

Then he sips according to the feet of this ṛc: "That [splendour] of Savitṛ we choose" — he sips; "the food of the god" — he sips; "the best, all-sustaining" — he sips; "the swift [gift] of Bhaga we contemplate" — and he drinks it all. Having washed the bronze or wooden cup, he lies down behind the fire, on a hide or on bare ground, keeping silence and self-possession. If he sees a woman [in a dream], let him know the rite has succeeded.
