imāḥ āpaḥ sarveṣām bhūtānām madhu āsām apām sarvāṇi bhūtāni madhu yaḥ ca ayam āsv apsu tejomayaḥ amṛtamayaḥ puruṣaḥ yaḥ ca ayam adhyātmaṃ raitasaḥ tejomayaḥ amṛtamayaḥ puruṣaḥ ayam eva saḥ yaḥ ayam ātmā idam amṛtam idam brahma idam sarvam
These waters are the honey of all beings, and all beings are the honey of these waters. And the shining immortal person who is in the waters, and the shining immortal person who is in the body as seed — that is this ātman. This is the immortal, this is Brahman, this is all.

The second wave of honey is the waters: they give drink to all, and all (by evaporation, by sacrifice, by life itself) give themselves back to them. The inner counterpart of the waters is seed, the moisture by which the line continues: the same element of life-bearing fluidity within a man.
The series will go in pairs, "an element of the world — a flow of the body", and in every pair there is one Puruṣa on both sides. The honey is not in the earth nor in me separately — it is in this "both there and here" of the One: the sweetness of the meeting of two banks of one river.
