यः दिक्षु तिष्ठन् दिग्भ्यः अन्तरो यं दिशः न विदुः यस्य दिशः शरीरं यः दिशः अन्तरो यमयति एषः ते आत्मा अन्तर्यामी अमृतः

The formula of the antaryāmin is applied to the next vesture: the quarters of the sky. The same four members: He is within; the quarters do not know Him; the quarters are His body; He rules them from within. And the same conclusion: he is your ātman, the Inner Ruler, the immortal.
All directions are His body: wherever you turn, you turn within the Ruler; one may get lost on the roads — not in Him.
