ayam ātmā sarveṣām bhūtānām madhu asyātmanaḥ sarvāṇi bhūtāni madhu yaḥ ca ayam asminn ātmani tejomayaḥ amṛtamayaḥ puruṣaḥ yaḥ ca ayam ātmā tejomayaḥ amṛtamayaḥ puruṣaḥ ayam eva saḥ yaḥ ayam ātmā idam amṛtam idam brahma idam sarvam
This ātman is the honey of all beings, and all beings are the honey of this ātman. And the shining immortal person who is in this ātman, and this ātman itself — the shining immortal person — that is this ātman. This is the immortal, this is Brahman, this is all.

The fourteenth and last wave — and the honey closes upon the ātman itself: the Self is the honey of all beings, and all beings are Its honey. The great reciprocity reaches its summit: not only is the world sweet to God and God to the world — the Sweetness and the Taster meet in one, and "the person in the ātman" is the ātman itself: the mirrors have been set facing each other, and in them is one Face.
Here the madhu-vidyā pronounces its last word: the bond of all with all is not a net of impersonal correspondences but a mutual dearness with one Bearer. The Bhāgavatam will finish the note with names: Mādhava, Madhusūdana, madhuraṁ madhuram — the Sweet One sweeter than sweetness; and the rasikas of bhakti will add: He is not only the honey of all — He also tastes all as honey: love is mutual to the end, the rasa flows both ways.
