यः अयम् दक्षिणे अक्षन् पुरुषः तस्य भूर् इति शिरः एकम् शिरः एकम् एतद् अक्षरम् भुवः इति बाहू द्वौ बाहू द्वे एते अक्षरे स्वर् इति प्रतिष्ठा द्वे प्रतिष्ठे द्वे एते अक्षरे तस्योपनिषद् अहम् इति हन्ति पाप्मानं जहाति च यः एवम् वेद

His secret name is "aham" (I): he who knows this strikes down evil and leaves it behind.
