He who, dwelling in the mid-region, is within it, whom the mid-region does not know, whose body is the mid-region, who rules it from within — he is your ātman, the Inner Ruler, the immortal.

The formula of the antaryāmin is applied to the next vesture: the mid-region. The same four members: He is within; the mid-region does not know Him; the mid-region is His body; He rules it from within. And the same conclusion: he is your ātman, the Inner Ruler, the immortal.
The middle expanse itself, where birds and clouds fly, is the body of the One who from within holds it open.
