Translation
and so too a world in that world." He who, knowing this, venerates [it] — his life in this world becomes higher-and-ever-higher, and so too a world in that world; a world in a world.

The completion of the promise: tathāmuṣmin loke loka iti — "and so too a world in that world": a twofold blessing: increase here and an abode there: the knowledge of the udgītha works on both sides of death, just as the song itself, resting upon all-pervading Space, sounds on both sides of everything.
The closing repetition loke loka iti loke loka iti — "a world in a world, a world in a world" — is the khaṇḍa's seal and its quiet formula: the knower has a world within every world, an abode within the abode, a home in any of the worlds: he who rests upon the All-containing is nowhere homeless. So the great dispute of the three connoisseurs closes: from "the sāman stands upon heaven", through "upon the earth", to "upon the Infinite"; and the reward is a life without a ceiling and a home without a border.
