When the vyāna is satisfied, hearing is satisfied; when hearing is satisfied, the moon is satisfied; when the moon is satisfied, the quarters of space are satisfied; when the quarters are satisfied, everything is satisfied that stands under the quarters and the moon. And after their satisfaction he himself is satisfied — with offspring, cattle, food, vigour and the lustre of Brahman.

The second chain: vyāna → hearing → the moon → the quarters of space → everything beneath them. The correspondences again come from the Vaiśvānara's body: hearing is turned toward the quarters (what you hear comes from every side), and the moon and the quarters are one tier, the world of the fathers (5.10.4). One mouthful offered to the vyāna feeds the ear, the moon and all the regions of the earth.
The section's five chains are built alike, and the lesson is in the repetition: direct a sacrifice where you will, it runs upward and returns downward as a blessing. The universe is responsive along every line; one need only offer, and not merely take.
