अथ ह एनम् श्रोत्रम् उवाच यत् अहम् संपत् अस्मि त्वम् तत्संपत् असि इति अथ ह एनम् मनः उवाच यत् अहम् आयतनम् अस्मि त्वम् तदायतनम् असि इति

Translation
Then hearing said to it: "In that I am attainment, you are attainment." Then the mind said to it: "In that I am the abode, you are the abode."

Hearing and the mind complete the oath of allegiance: "attainment" and "abode" are likewise properties of the breath. All four titles handed out at the chapter's opening have converged upon a single owner; a dispute about primacy has turned into a coronation.
Note how the quarrel is settled: no one was humiliated. Each power kept its name and its service — only the address of the glory changed. So are quarrels settled among people too: not by establishing whose gift is the paltrier, but by recognising the common Source of all gifts, in whose presence there is nothing to compete for: fellow-workers of one Master do not divide his house.
