सः यः संकल्पं ब्रह्म इति उपास्ते कॢप्तान् वै सः लोकान् ध्रुवान् ध्रुवः प्रतिष्ठितान् प्रतिष्ठितः अव्यथमानान् अव्यथमानः अभिसिध्यति यावत् संकल्पस्य गतम् तत्र अस्य यथाकामचारः भवति यः संकल्पं ब्रह्म इति उपास्ते अस्ति भगवः संकल्पात् भूयः इति संकल्पात् वाव भूयः अस्ति इति तत् मे भगवान् ब्रवीतु इति

saḥ yaḥ saṃkalpaṃ brahma iti upāste kḷptān vai saḥ lokān dhruvān dhruvaḥ pratiṣṭhitān pratiṣṭhitaḥ avyathamānān avyathamānaḥ abhisidhyati yāvat saṃkalpasya gatam tatra asya yathākāmacāraḥ bhavati yaḥ saṃkalpaṃ brahma iti upāste asti bhagavaḥ saṃkalpāt bhūyaḥ iti saṃkalpāt vāva bhūyaḥ asti iti tat me bhagavān bravītu iti

Translation

He who venerates resolve as Brahman attains the worlds that have been resolved — being firm, the firm; being established, the established; being unshaken, the unshaken — and is free to move as he wishes everywhere that resolve reaches." — "Sir, is there anything greater than resolve?" — "There is something greater than resolve." — "Tell it to me, sir."
