अपाम् सोम्य पीयमानानाम् यः अणिमा सः ऊर्ध्वः समुदीषति सा प्रानः भवति

Transliteration (IAST)

apām somya pīyamānānām yaḥ aṇimā saḥ ūrdhvaḥ samudīṣati sā prānaḥ bhavati
