अथ यः अस्य ऊर्ध्वः सुषिः सः उदानः सः वायुः सः आकाशः तत् एतत् ओजः च महः च इति उपासीत ओजस्वी महस्वान् भवति यः एवम् वेद

Translation

Its upper gate is the udāna; that is Vāyu, that is space. One should venerate it as "vigour and greatness". Vigorous and great becomes he who knows thus.
