सः यः एषः अणिमा एतत् आत्म्यम् इदम् सर्वम् तत् सत्यम् सः आत्मा तत् त्वम् असि श्वेतकेतो इति भूयः एव मा भगवान् विज्ञापयतु इति तथा सोम्य इति ह उवाच

The sixth tat tvam asi — the taste of salt still on the pupil's tongue, and the refrain sounds anew: Being is to the world as the salt is to this water — and you, Śvetaketu, are of that same salt. Do not grope for yourself among objects: what you are is dissolved in every moment of your life and is recognised not by grasping but by taste.
Half the road of the parables has been covered. The first spoke of oblivion (honey, rivers), the middle ones of life and the invisible cause (tree, seed, salt); the remaining three will lead to the path, to death and to truth — from map to road.
