सः यः अपो ब्रह्म इति उपास्ते आप्नोति सर्वान् कामान् तृप्तिमान् भवति यावत् अपाम् गतम् तत्र अस्य यथाकामचारः भवति यः अपो ब्रह्म इति उपास्ते अस्ति भगवः अद्भ्यः भूयः इति अद्भ्यः वाव भूयः अस्ति इति तत् मे भगवान् ब्रवीतु इति

saḥ yaḥ apo brahma iti upāste āpnoti sarvān kāmān tṛptimān bhavati yāvat apām gatam tatra asya yathākāmacāraḥ bhavati yaḥ apo brahma iti upāste asti bhagavaḥ adbhyaḥ bhūyaḥ iti adbhyaḥ vāva bhūyaḥ asti iti tat me bhagavān bravītu iti

Translation

He who venerates the waters as Brahman obtains all desires and becomes satisfied; he is free to move as he wishes everywhere that the waters reach." — "Sir, is there anything greater than the waters?" — "There is something greater than the waters." — "Tell it to me, sir."
