The qualities of the Lord's devotees naturally attract and delight everyone: where there is purity and dharma, hearts surrender of themselves. True authority rests not on force but on virtue rooted in devotion. The very character of a devotee becomes a blessing for society — it draws people to dharma by its presence alone.
