तस्य ह वै एतस्य हृदयस्य पञ्च देवसुषयः सः यः अस्य प्राङ् सुषिः सः प्राणः तत् चक्षुः सः आदित्यः तत् एतत् तेजः अन्नाद्यम् इति उपासीत तेजस्वी अन्नादः भवति यः एवम् वेद

अनुवाद

This heart has five divine gates. Its eastern gate is the prāṇa; that is sight, that is the sun. One should venerate it as "splendour and food". Resplendent and an eater of food becomes he who knows thus.
