अथ यदि भ्रातृलोककामः भवति संकल्पात् एव अस्य भ्रातरः समुत्तिष्ठन्ति तेन भ्रातृलोकेन संपन्नः महीयते

The third picture is the brothers. The series is unhurried, like a litany: the Upaniṣad gives each kinship its own verse, refusing to lump them into a common list — love has no "wholesale" categories; every bond is by name.
Note too the constancy of the mechanics: saṁkalpād eva — "by mere resolve". No rite, no accumulated merit, no intermediaries — a pure wanting of a pure heart. So Being acts in the sixth chapter ("It thought — and it came to be", 6.2.3); one who has found the ātman inherits that manner of acting in his own measure: his will has grown together with truth and therefore is fulfilled.
