अथ यः एतत् एवम् विद्वान् अग्निहोत्रम् जुहोति तस्य सर्वेषु लोकेषु सर्वेषु भूतेषु सर्वेषु आत्मसु हुतम् भवति

The reverse side: a knower's sacrifice is offered "in all the worlds, in all beings, in all selves" — the same threefold formula that rewarded the whole veneration of the Vaiśvānara (5.18.1). One mouthful offered with knowledge is laid upon every altar of the universe at once, for it is offered to Him whose body is the whole universe.
Here is the seed of bhakti's great truth about "watering the root": one need not go round all the gods and all the worlds with separate gifts; by satisfying the Whole the parts are satisfied. "As the branches live by watering the root, and the limbs by feeding the stomach, so by worshipping Acyuta everything is worshipped" (SB 4.31.14). A knower eats — and thereby serves everything living; his dinner is wider than many a great sacrifice.
