अथ ह उवाच इन्द्रद्युम्नम् भाल्लवेयम् वैयाघ्रपद्य कम् त्वम् आत्मानम् उपास्स इति वायुम् एव भगवो राजन् इति ह उवाच एषः वै पृथग्वर्त्मा आत्मा वैश्वानरः यम् त्वम् आत्मानम् उपास्से तस्मात् त्वाम् पृथग् बलयः आयन्ति पृथग् रथश्रेणयः अनुयन्ति

Then he asked Indradyumna Bhāllaveya: "Vaiyāghrapadya, whom do you venerate as the ātman?" — "The wind, reverend king," he said. — "Of many paths is that Vaiśvānara-ātman whom you venerate. Hence gifts come to you by many paths, and rows of chariots follow after you by many paths.
