तत् यः एव एतौ अरः च ण्यः च अर्णवौ ब्रह्मलोके ब्रह्मचर्येण अनुविन्दन्ति तेषाम् एव एषः ब्रह्मलोकः तेषाम् सर्वेषु लोकेषु कामचारः भवति

And this world of Brahman belongs to those who by brahmacarya find these two seas, Ara and Ṇya: theirs is this world of Brahman, and in all the worlds they have free movement.

The khaṇḍa closes with the same refrain as the last one (8.4.3), but now with names: they find "Ara and Ṇya" — the abode is no longer an abstraction but a country with a map. The promise is as concrete as a deed of gift: teṣām eva eṣa brahmalokaḥ — "theirs is this world".
The upshot of the two khaṇḍas on brahmacarya is simple and strict: all the roads of austerity — sacrifice, gift, vigil, silence, fasting, the forest — converge into one: a life given to Brahman. He who lives so need not choose among paths: he walks them all at once. It remains to learn how the crossing itself is made — and the next khaṇḍa will describe the anatomy of departure: the channels of the heart and the ray that leads to the sun.
