The resolve is carried out to the letter: Being enters — and unfolds. The repetition of the words of the resolve in the account of its fulfilment is a Vedic seal of fidelity: in Being there is no gap between "said" and "did"; his word is his deed.
A new detail is "each I shall make threefold": heat, waters and food will be so interwoven that in any phenomenon of the world all three threads are present. Of this "tripling" (trivṛt-karaṇa) the father will now speak in detail; note only its sense: the world is not sorted onto clean shelves of elements — it is woven, and at every point of the cloth all the threads meet. Hence knowing it proceeds not by an inventory of things but by a recognition of the threads — and of the Weaver.
