The formula of the antaryāmin is applied to the next vesture: the waters. The same four members: He is within; the waters do not know Him; the waters are His body; He rules them from within. And the same conclusion: he is your ātman, the Inner Ruler, the immortal.
The moisture of the world does not know its Moistener — and He governs every current: all rivers run in His channels.
