译文
Now with reference to the body: he who, dwelling in the breath, is within it, whom the breath does not know, whose body is the breath, who rules it from within — he is your ātman, the Inner Ruler, the immortal.

The formula of the antaryāmin is applied to the next vesture: the breath. The same four members: He is within; the breath does not know Him; the breath is His body; He rules it from within. And the same conclusion: he is your ātman, the Inner Ruler, the immortal.
The series moves inside the man: the very life in the breast does not know by whom it lives — yet every inbreath is led from within.
