The formula of the antaryāmin is applied to the next vesture: the wind. The same four members: He is within; the wind does not know Him; the wind is His body; He rules it from within. And the same conclusion: he is your ātman, the Inner Ruler, the immortal.
Even the unwearying Vāyu, "the deity that does not set" (1.5.22), is only a vesture of the Ruler: even the tireless one does not know by whom he is untiring.
