He who, dwelling in the moon and stars, is within them, whom the moon and stars do not know, whose body is the moon and stars, who rules them from within — he is your ātman, the Inner Ruler, the immortal.

The formula of the antaryāmin is applied to the next vesture: the moon and the stars. The same four members: He is within; the moon and stars do not know Him; the moon and stars are His body; He rules them from within. And the same conclusion: he is your ātman, the Inner Ruler, the immortal.
The lights of the night, the leaders of time and of the tides, are themselves led: the calendar of the world is written by the hand of their Inner One.
