The formula of the antaryāmin is applied to the next vesture: the sky. The same four members: He is within; the sky does not know Him; the sky is His body; He rules it from within. And the same conclusion: he is your ātman, the Inner Ruler, the immortal.
The sky that covers everything is itself covered from within: the vault of the world has an Inner One to whom the vault is a body.
