अथ यत् एव एतत् आदित्यस्य शुक्लम् भाः सा एव सा अथ यत् नीलम् परःकृष्णम् तत् अमः तत् साम अथ यः एषः अन्तरादित्ये हिरण्मयः पुरुषः दृश्यते हिरण्यश्मश्रुः हिरण्यकेशः आ प्रणखात् सर्वः एव सुवर्णः

译文

And the white shining of the sun is "sā", and what is blue, beyond-black is "ama": that makes "sāma". Now that golden Puruṣa who is seen within the sun — golden-bearded, golden-haired, all golden to the very tips of his nails…
