The load is delivered: tad vyakṣarat — "it flowed forth" (the sap of the Ṛg-veda!), tad ādityam abhito 'śrayat — "and settled around the sun": and here is the discovery: tad vai etad yad etad ādityasya rohitaṁ rūpam — "and that is the red appearance of the sun"!
The red in the sun (the glow of dawn, the morning light) is the honey of the Ṛg-veda: the luminary's colour is explained as deposited nectar of the texts: the sun's radiances are layers of ripened meaning! The four quarters will give four colours (red, white, black, iridescent), and the fifth the core: the spectrum of the sun is the spectrum of revelation: looking at the dawn, you see the glory of the hymns condensed into colour. The science of honey teaches one to read the sky as a comb: which load lies where.
